• Have your utility bill in hand. You'll need your account number to login.
• Have your credit or debit card in hand. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards or by Visa debit card. Your credit card information can be securely saved for future transactions.
• Since you have a utility bill, you are already a Registered User of the online payment process.

Begin Paying

• Click on the Pay Utility Bill Now button below
• Enter your entire account number, not including the dash, in both of the Account Number fields on the Log In page.
  For example: Account number 1234-56789 would be entered as 123456789.

Your payments will be posted within one (1) business day except for all major holidays and bank holidays when payments will be posted on the next business day. Write down or print out the confirmation number you receive as verification of the transaction.

Attention: Customers who have been Disconnected

If your service has been disconnected, you can still pay online. After making your payment, contact Customer Service to arrange for reconnection of your utility service.

At this time, credit/debit card service is not available for Bank Draft customers.

If you have used this Garland Utilities online bill payment system before and stored your credit card number and expiration date for future use, please be aware that you will need to update the system when your card's expiration date changes.
