Update Saved Credit Card Information
If you have used the Garland Utilities online bill payment system before and stored your credit card number and expiration date for future use, please be aware that you will need to update the system when your card's expiration date changes.
To make changes to your saved credit card information:
- Select the "Manage Accounts" option after you log in.
- Select the card you wish to edit by pressing the button to the left of the account nickname.
- Press the "Edit Account" button. You will soon see a display of your saved account data, including your account nickname, card type, account number, expiration date and billing address.
- Enter the updated data and press the "Submit" button.
- You may then select the "Make Payment" button and make your utility bill payment, using the updated credit card data.
